CLOCKS
CLOCKS
I decided to dedicate separate page for my clocks. I made few just because I like the way they look and function(radio).
I used: CAD to design them, CNC - to cut out, laser to cut out hands (arrows).
Not a business head to sell them - although happy to hear the offer. They are from 400/500 l "big" oak whisky cask. The mechanism is radio controlled based on MSF protocol using atomic clock in Anthorn, Cumbria. In simple terms - it adjust itself to keep time accurate - including summer/winter time change. Just keep in mind, as those wavelength are pretty good - still - it won't work in the basement or in certain areas where radio signal couldn't reach.
Just replace battery once in a while ( 1 year usually) and you're good. - This could be a challenging task, as they are a bit heavy.
